Our story
Where we come from, where we're going.
Gallo IT Consulting & Services LLC is run by Samuel Gallo, out of Kissimmee, Florida. It's built around 12+ years of hands-on engineering — most of it spent designing, building, and maintaining e-commerce platforms for agency clients: Shopify, Magento, WordPress, VTEX. That work is still the core of what we do, and it's what pays for the lights.
More recently we've been deliberately extending that into AWS infrastructure and DevOps — provisioning EC2 and RDS environments, migrating WordPress off shared hosting, setting up CI/CD pipelines, containerizing deployments with Docker. It's a real, active practice, and a newer one than the commerce work. We'd rather tell you exactly where it stands on your particular project than oversell it — including the parts we're still growing into, like Kubernetes and Terraform. How we work
Three things we hold to.
If a project needs depth we don't have yet, we'll say so before you've spent money finding out — and point you toward someone who does have it, if we can. A referral costs us one project; a bad build costs you a year.
You'll always know who you're talking to, and they'll always be the one actually doing the work — no hand-off to a junior you've never met after the proposal is signed.
Infrastructure and deploy processes get written down, not kept in one person's head — yours or ours. If you ever bring the work in-house or hand it to another shop, everything they need goes with it.
